Our Story

Many years ago, God gave our Founder, Priscilla Wilkinson, a heart and a passion for ministering to women.  Out of that passion was born Women of Life (WOL). WOL is dedicated to fostering the physical, emotional, and most importantly, spiritual development of women of all ages and ethnicities.
With the word “LIFE” standing for Love, Integrity, Faith and Endurance, Women of Life strives to fulfill their mission of teaching, equipping, and encouraging women through community projects, mentoring, educational workshops, and seminars.
To that end, WOL has sponsored and supported women in all walks of life, from assisting a young woman to finish her college degree to supporting single moms with necessities. We sponsor Conferences (always free) and workshops that empower and teach women. We also work and collaborate with other diverse ministries who are working to assist women and further the Kingdom.
Soon, WOL will begin offering scholarships to women; understanding that with training and education, women will be able to help themselves and their families overcome poverty. We are also starting a “Lunch and Learn” series that will focus on timely subjects and that will encourage women on their life journey.
Women of Life’s ultimate goal is to truly help women live a victorious life in Jesus Christ by helping them to fulfill their God-given purpose.

Priscilla Wilkinson

Founder & Executive Director

As far back as she can remember, God has given Priscilla a heart and passion for ministering to women. Out of that passion was born Women of Life. As the Founder and Executive Director of Women of Life, Priscilla is dedicated to fostering women's spiritual, mental, and physical development. As one who has been through many trials, it is Priscilla’s personal mission to share her testimony and to encourage women that no matter what they have gone through or are going through, God is faithful. Using her own personal testimony of sexual abuse, depression, and trauma, she strives to teach women and show them they are valuable, needed, and loved.

Greta McShan

Interim President

I felt led to join the Women of Life ministry after attending a boot camp conference in July 2017. I was moved not only by the hearts of the women in the ministry but also by the mission of Women of Life, which is to teach, equip, and encourage women to live out their God-given purpose and to support and walk with them on their journey. At the age of 49, I discovered my God-given gift as a Life Coach and became a certified Life Coach through the John Maxwell Team. In January 2021, I launched, From Desperation To Destiny, LLC. A Life Coaching ministry/business that focuses on applying Biblical principles to life application. I feel so blessed to be able to add value to others through coaching, teaching, and inspirational speaking. It is an honored privilege being used by God to help individuals discover, activate, and live out their God-given purpose.

Parliamentarian/ Compliance Officer/Treasurer

I am one who has a heart for women who are hurting, and passionate about working with others to usher them into healing themselves. I have been a friend of Priscilla’s since she decided to move on to the vision God gave her. Through prayers, attending WOL events, and volunteering I have been a part of Women of Life as I saw Priscilla’s vision manifest itself. I now bring my professional administrative experience in policy and procedure compliance along with my passion for empowering women to live a victorious life, to the WOL Board of Directors.

Sandra Harris

Director of Events

Sandra’s love for God started in her teens when she was looking for a way to have fun without suffering the negative side effects. Since then, she has shared her story with others at conferences, seminars, and workshops to show that with God, transformational living is not only possible but preferable. Though she has been a business owner for nearly 30 years, she has also found ways to combine her Master’s in Public Health and Education certifications to positively impact people by showing a variety of ways to enjoy a Godly, happy and healthy way of life.

We’re proud to be a group of movers and shakers.
