Tuesday Thoughts

When I was a little girl, nothing frightened me more than a fierce storm. The crash of thunder and the flash of lightning would send me running to my parents’ bed. The moment I was tucked in beside them, my fear melted away, and I could drift off to sleep knowing I was safe.

Now, when life’s storms roar and fear creeps in, I’ve learned I can run to God. He may not always remove the storm, but He wraps me in a peace that surpasses all understanding—a deep assurance that He has me in His care.

If you’re facing trials or uncertainty, don’t hide from them or try to outrun them. Instead, run straight into the arms of the One who can calm your heart and carry you through.
