Monday Motivation

Sometimes when we’re feeling down or a little “off,” the best remedy is to turn our attention outward. Joy grows when we share it. Call and check on a friend, offer a genuine compliment, smile at a stranger, or surprise someone with a small gift that says, “I’m thinking of you.”

The more joy you pour into others, the more it will flow back into your own life. As Luke 6:38 reminds us: “Give, and it will be given to you.”

I’ll leave you with this beautiful reminder from J.M. Barrie: “Those who bring sunshine to the lives of others cannot keep it from themselves.” ☀️
