Can You Still Have Joy When Life Is Hard?

Proverbs 17:22 reminds us that “a cheerful heart is good medicine.” Biblical joy doesn’t require us to pretend everything is okay. It comes from knowing that even in difficult seasons, God is still with us, still faithful, and still working.
