Requirements and Requests:
To participate as a Vendor in this Conference, it is required that you complete and return by May 1st the

1. Vendor Application and Agreement Form
2. Disclaimer/Waiver/Press Release Form
3. Vendor Fee

During the Conference, we request that you sell new items, materials and/or supplies that are safe for the consumer. You are entitled to keep all the proceeds from items, materials and supplies that you sell for your profit. Items and services to be sold must be pre-approved. It is also requested that you donate one item upon arrival at the Conference to be given away as a door prize during the Women of Life Conference. You will receive recognition as the donor of this item during the drawing.

Friday, July 26 from 7pm - 9pm (vendor set up is from 6pm - 6:45pm)
Saturday, July 27th from 9am - 5pm (vendor set up is from 8am - 8:45am)
Sunday, July 28th at 9am (there will be no vendor set up on this day)

Expected Attendance:
It is difficult to determine the total number of people that will attend the event. However, we estimate that approximately 80 to 100 women will be in attendance throughout the weekend.

Vendor tables will be 6-foot tables with 2 chairs. Wi-Fi is available

$75 for full vendor table or $40 for shared vendor table

Payment is due upon receipt of the signed Vendor Contract, and all fees are non-refundable.

Immediately upon your arrival, please report to the conference registration table to sign in on the Vendors Roll Call Form. You will be escorted to your assigned vending area by a representative of Women of Life.
